LIMITED PARTICIPANT PILOT PROGRAM

Measure Readiness. Detect Risk. Improve Human Performance.

R.E.A.C.H. is launching a controlled pilot program designed to evaluate how biometric awareness, mental fitness routines, and readiness tracking impact stress regulation, recovery, and performance consistency.

Participants will help validate the next generation of human performance intelligence.

Limited enrollment available.

The R.E.A.C.H. Intelligence Pilot

Help Validate the Next Generation of Human Readiness Intelligence

Understand Your Readiness

Track stress, recovery, sleep, and performance patterns in real time.

Build Mental Fitness

Develop structured daily habits designed to improve focus, regulation, and execution under pressure.

Contribute to Human Performance Research

Help shape the future of readiness intelligence and behavioral performance systems.

R.E.A.C.H. Intelligence: A System Designed to Measure and Improve Readiness

R.E.A.C.H. combines biometric awareness, behavioral structure, and mental fitness routines to help identify patterns associated with stress, recovery, focus, and performance consistency.

The pilot is designed to evaluate whether structured readiness practices can improve immediate engagement, stabilize performance under pressure, and support sustainable behavior change over time.

This is not therapy and not medical treatment.

It is a structured human performance and readiness study.

What Participation Looks Like

R.E.A.C.H. Intervention Group

Participants May Receive:

  • Readiness tracking using participant-provided wearable biometric data

  • Daily readiness and performance check-ins

  • Guided REACH Mental Fitness Routine

  • Readiness scoring and biometric awareness insights

  • Structured daily reflection and recovery tracking

Participant Requirements: Participants are required to use their own compatible wearable device and provide baseline biometric data prior to the start of the pilot program.

Daily Time Commitment: Approximately 5–10 minutes per day

Passive Comparison Group

Participants May Receive:

  • Passive biometric readiness analysis using participant-provided wearable data

  • Observation-only participation structure

  • No required mental fitness routines or daily check-ins

Participant Requirements: Participants are required to use their own compatible wearable device and provide baseline biometric data prior to the start of the pilot program.

Daily Time Commitment: Minimal participation required

What The Pilot is Measuring

Readiness

Performance stability, consistency, and recovery patterns.

Stress Regulation

Stress spikes, recovery speed, and behavioral response.

Sleep & Recovery

Sleep duration, quality, HRV, and resting heart rate trends.

Behavioral Engagement

Daily routine adherence and sustained behavior change.

Secure. Confidential. Professionally Managed.

R.E.A.C.H. is designed with privacy, trust, and participant protection as core operational principles.

The R.E.A.C.H. Pilot Program is administered under professional oversight using structured participant protocols, controlled group separation, and secure data handling practices.

Participant information, biometric tracking data, and self-reported responses are treated as confidential and used exclusively for pilot evaluation, readiness analysis, and aggregated performance insights.

Participants are required to use their own compatible wearable device and provide approximately two weeks of baseline biometric data prior to the pilot start date to help establish individualized readiness and recovery benchmarks.

This is a deidentified pilot study. Participants are assigned unique serial identification numbers, and identifiable personal information is separated from study reporting and analysis wherever possible.

Individual participant data is not shared publicly, sold, or used outside the scope of the pilot program.

To preserve scientific integrity and ensure reliable evaluation outcomes, no coaching modifications, behavioral nudges, or intervention changes are introduced during the pilot period.

Trust & Security Highlights

  • Confidential participant handling

  • Deidentified participant tracking protocols

  • Secure biometric and readiness data management

  • Professionally administered pilot structure

  • Controlled comparison methodology

  • Privacy-focused operational standards

  • Structured observational integrity

Ideal Participants

The R.E.A.C.H. Pilot Program is designed for individuals interested in performance, resilience, mental fitness, and readiness awareness.

Ideal participants may include:

  • Professionals operating under pressure

  • Leaders and executives

  • Athletes and performers

  • First responders and tactical professionals

  • High-accountability operators

  • Individuals interested in stress and recovery optimization

Participants must have access to and regularly use their own compatible wearable device capable of collecting biometric readiness data. To support accurate baseline analysis, participants are also required to provide approximately two weeks of historical wearable data prior to beginning the pilot program.

No advanced technical knowledge is required.
